Meet Our Managing Attorney

As an accomplished attorney, Jennifer is dedicated to representing employees and individuals whose rights have been violated. Her specialty is employment cases, including discrimination, wrongful termination, hostile work environment, retaliation, failure to accommodate disabilities, sexual harassment, wage claims, and FMLA violations, among others. As the founder and Managing Attorney of Bez Law P.C., she combines deep legal knowledge with a compassionate approach to advocacy.

Jennifer began her career working with Williams & Connolly LLP, one of the nation's most prestigious and selective litigation firms. After a few years, she opted to form her own firm to better serve her clients and offer more affordable legal options. In 2022, upon request, Jennifer went back to Williams & Connolly LLP, where she further honed her analytical and negotiation skills. After nearly three years on the defense side, she returned to Bez Law P.C. to fight for individuals facing workplace issues.

Jennifer's experience includes years of litigation work and in-depth employment law expertise. This was furthered by her obtaining an LL.M. in Employment and Labor Law from American University's Washington College of Law. She also has extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as in transactional work and other complex legal matters. Jennifer is well prepared to provide whatever legal services you may need.
